Merlin joined Brand Manual back in 2014 after a long career in the advertising industry. She has a Masters in Organisational Behaviour which has made her well versed in big picture visualising.

Her special skill is knowing and noticing the tiniest of details that determine whether a project will become a success story or not. As a detail-oriented and straightforward person she doesn’t stop before she has made absolutely sure that the client and everyone on the team has a clear understanding of the goals, the process, the timeline and the deliverables. Her strength of will makes her an excellent asset to complex service design or rebranding projects and clients alike.

At Brand Manual she is responsible for the strategy development and in-house process quality.
