The Design Masterclass is not just a product / service development course. It is people development course, which embeds design thinking as a competence inside companies. Design thinking brings an intimate understanding of customer needs and behaviours to the forefront of the product / service development process.
The course was ordered by Enterprise Estonia and executed in cooperation with BDA and Design Minds. Over 6 months companies went through a design audit all the way to prototyping and testing of new product / service concepts. The best developed concepts were rewarded at the end of the course with €10,000 to spend on further develop their ideas.
